We are looking for a Squad Leader to join our engineering leadership team, reporting directly to the VP of Engineering.
In this leadership role, you will own & manage a multi-disciplinary squad spanning AIgo, full-stack, AIOps, QA, and data - accountable for delivery, people, and business outcomes. You will work closely with a Principal Product Manager who sets direction, and directly manage a Product Owner embedded in your squad.
