Within the Data & AI division, our AI tribe enables scalable AI usage and value creation across Euroclear, embedding AI into core processes and services.

Our Key Focus & Outcomes:

• Monitor AI strategy alignment with Corporate ambitions and establish responsible AI practices​
• Industrialize AI capabilities, from experimentation to scale​
• Deliver value through targeted use cases(efficiency and costs effectiveness, core processes optimization, clients experience)​
• Provide reusable AI components, models and platforms​
• Build and strengthen AI literacy across Euroclear

Our AI Delivery squads help deliver solutions using techniques such as machine learning, natural language processing, large language models, Agentic, mathematical optimization, etc.

Your role will be to lead the AI Delivery of one stream-aligned squad.

General Job description:

By joining the Analytics, Insights and Reporting Tribe, you will be in charge of:

• Leading the new squad towards being a professional and seamless value delivering entity.
• Managing a team of IT professionals and AI Experts over several locations, and managing relationship with some outsourcing partners
• Organising the AI delivery capacity and growing the velocity/quality of deliveries. 
• Overseeing delivery related risks and mitigations jointly with the Epic Delivery owners and product owners and stakeholders
• Co-driving (with tribe lead) the connection with customer-facing stakeholders and ensuring adequacy of delivered solutions to the business needs.

You will also have the following responsibilities:

• Defining, leading, and executing the strategic direction while reaching objectives and key results
• Steer the transformation and improvement of the team
• Through influence as well as assertiveness, contribute to maturing the tribe service offering.
• Be the ambassador of newly created capabilities.
• Make sure relevant knowledge is created within the new organization
• Develop capabilities for quick fix of production issues
• Having “can do” attitude and focus on getting things done,
• Building relationships, both internally and externally, with key stakeholders at all levels. 
• Defining and implementing services, practices, processes, and tools
• Promoting and championing agile cooperation to enhance customer experience
• Overseeing, developing, and ensuring adherence to industry best practice standards
• Managing and optimizing operational efficiency to meet financial targets

Profile:

This is a management role. The candidate for this position must have a solid working experience in IT delivery leadership positions, in assessing and driving value creation, in managing relationship with cross-location partners..

A strong experience in setting the strategic vision, direction, and standards for championing a best-in-class customer service is a real asset.

Leadership/People Skills:

The squad lead must also possess strong leadership skills, being able to provide direction. Strategic agility, Self-reflection and Inspiring/Engaging are important skills needed to be a strong leader at Euroclear. Building a high performing team, ensuring it is focused, motivated, and inspired to achieve the objectives will be key.

Technical skills / experience:

The candidate must demonstrate expertise in AI technology and a track record in delivering AI solutions. He/she must be able to assess the soundness of delivered solutions and their future-proof aspect. He/she must also be able to assess the technical skills of future hires in the team.

Interpersonal Skills:

A candidate for this position will be a strategic and creative thinker, be result-driven with proven track of records, be self-motivated and proactive, be open and welcoming to change, and work comfortably in a constantly evolving environment.

He/She must also work comfortably in group/collaborative setting or with business executives and stakeholders, have an ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines, and have an ability to remain calm under pressure and in the face of uncertainty.
