  • The expert in over one commodity / production technology
  • Could provide component design solution to designers
  • Could solve complex technical issue with suppliers
  • Provide technical/quality support to cross-categories and cross-regions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, coupled with over 10 years of relevant work experience in supplier development in industrial industry.
• Expertise in rolling-forging & turning technologies, with a strong theoretical and practical understanding.
• 5-10 years' experience specifically in rolling-forging & turning process, demonstrating technical proficiency.
• Experience in supplier quality management or production management is considered a valuable asset.
• Demonstrated commitment to achieving business targets and driving performance excellence.
• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing), able to communicate smoothly and efficiently, as frequent communication with the German HQ is required.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships on an international level.
• A proven record of leadership, capable of fostering collaborative relationships and motivating teams.
• A curious and open-minded approach, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Strong influencing skills to effectively advocate for change and improvement.
• Performance-oriented mindset, focusing on measurable outcomes and project success.
• Ability to maintain a consistent VAVE approach across all project phases.
• Strategic thinker, adept at managing complex projects and making informed decisions in challenging situations.
