JOB POSITION

• Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a Senior Software Engineer I to improve its data-driven decision-making capabilities and optimize business processes by leveraging the power of data analytics.
• We require a skilled Data Analytics Developer with experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining data analytics solutions to help achieve these objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

The Power BI Developer will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Gathering and understanding business requirements for Build data pipeline in SSIS.
• Collaborating with data engineers and analysts to acquire, clean, and transform data for reporting purposes.
• Creating complex DAX calculations and measures to support data analysis
• Creating ETL Packages and deploying them into SQL Server.
• Ensuring data security and compliance with best practices
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues in ETL SSIS Package
• Providing training and support to end users using SSIS.
• This position requires availability during the 2-11 PM (IST) time frame.
• Candidate should have WGS and claim business knowledge.
• Candidate will spend approximately 25 percent of their time in customer facing (virtual) meetings.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or a related field and or experience

EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of experience in ETL , SQL Server analytics solution development.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Proficiency in ETL -SSIS, including SQL Server, SSIS
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts
• Experience with SQL for data manipulation and extraction
• Experience with exposure in any ETL tool.
• Excellent problem-solving ability with solid communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to independently collaborate with Onshore team on business expectations.
• Ability to understand the criticality working in production Environment.
• Working experience in handling data warehouse systems using large datasets.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
