Technical Skills:

1. 2+ years of experience with SQL, including writing complex queries and joins.
2. Hands-on experience with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.).
3. Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation is a plus.
4. Working knowledge of Git for version control.
5. Experience in complex joins and data transformations across multiple tables.
6. Ability to generate and automate reports based on operational requirements.
7. Knowledge of payment gateways, banking systems, or reconciliation processes in fintech is an advantage.

Operational & Soft Skills:

1. Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal team.
2. Ability to own and deliver projects proactively with minimal supervision.
3. Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach for data-driven decision-making.
4. Good time management skills to meet time-sensitive requirements.
5. Documentation skills to maintain clear and structured records of processes and deliverables.
6. Strong attention to detail to minimize errors in data handling and reporting.
7. Experience in monitoring transaction flows and identifying anomalies or fraudulent activities.
