职位描述
岗位职责： 1.负责新车型内饰领域应商APQP先期策划的制定及跟进落实，推进供应商端生产准备及品质提升工作； 2.负责供应商质量管理的提升，零部件一致性、稳定性控制，售后质量问题整改； 3.负责潜在供应商审核、供应商质量保证能力的提升，质量体系的定期审查； 4.开展业务专项工作提升供应商能力 任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，机械/汽车工程/非金属材料等相关专业； 2. 4年以上内饰领域供应商管理经验，仪表板、门板领域专业优先； 3. 对仪表板、门板等零件有较强的专业能力、问题分析处理能力，熟悉生产工艺过程/常见失效模式，对难点课题从技术及管理维度具备指导能力； 4. 熟悉零部件新车型开发流程、过程管理方法和控制要点； 5.熟悉IATF16949体系，具有供应商质量体系审查的经验，具备VDA6.3.IATF16949内审员资质优先； 6.熟悉QC手法的运用，熟练运用8D报告、5WHY分析； 7.具有在主机厂推进2个及以上新车型的经验； 8.具备良好的沟通协调能力
