职位描述
工作职责： 1、负责ODM/OEM产品质量管控； 2、负责制定ODM/OEM产品质量控制计划并监督执行； 3、负责新供应商导入资质评审，制定AVL供应商QSA/QPA计划并实施, 不定期的现场稽核； 4、负责辅导供应商的品质改善，监督执行； 5、参与新产品、新工艺、新技术导入评审； 6、负责对OEM工厂质量问题进行改善闭环管理； 7、领导安排的其他事项。
职位要求
职位要求任职要求： 1、统招本科学历及以上，熟悉OEM工厂质量管理工作; 2、有OEM供应商质量管控改善经验; 3、熟悉注塑材料的加工工艺和关键质控点的管控要求; 4、能主导供应商来料或客诉问题的改善项目,并有能力组织跨部门实施管理输出; 5、具备较强的沟通协调、数理逻辑分析、闭环管理能力; 6、适应出差;
