职位描述
1、负责动力三电（电驱、电控、电池）供应商全生命周期的质量管理，包括不限于审核，先期质量管理，项目节点活动，风险/问题管理等； 2、负责新项目部件APQP各阶段的工作的管理，包括质量及交付等各方面，PPAP的实施与审批等； 3、设定供应链质量目标，推动供应商持续改进，确保质量目标达成。定期复盘供应商供货绩效，并推动改进。 4、负责潜在供应商的开发及审核，参与确认SOR内容制定，输出完善的审核结果文档，提供定点决策； 5、拉通上下游，组织对重大质量问题的分析和质量改善专题的推进。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历；车辆工程、机械设计、电气自动化、电化学等专业； 2、5年以上动力三电（电驱、电控、电池）相关产品质量工作经验，至少3款已量产产品质量工作； 3、熟悉三电产品零件的工作原理、结构和应用，精通IATF16949质量体系运营管理、熟悉APQP开发流程，项目管理等； 4、熟悉质量工具运用，要求问题解决逻辑清晰，思维严谨，具有较强的组织协调和团队协作能力。
