Your Key Responsibilities

• Effective implementation of Group Purchasing processes & procedures.
• Quality Assurance of incoming supplies.
• Supplier system approval – new supplier entry, existing supplier monitoring audit and audit findings corrective actions follow up.
• Supplier Product approval – ISIR, PPAP Validation and approval
• Supplier VCC handling - supplier quality deviations notification, corrective actions follow up and closing.
• Drive supplier mentorship & support quality improvement activity with supplier.
• Responsible for verification of incoming supplies including the Incoming inspection process.
• Prepare & maintain incoming inspection WI.
• Participate on request in Supplier Technical & Process Capability assessment.
• Participate on request in the supplier specifications with the R&D / Prod dev / Engineering Project Managers.
• Review & set the supplier Quality targets to drive and monitor supplier product quality to assure that the Company receives the right quality of purchased products.
• Supplier quality related data collecting, statistic, analysis and reporting for continuous improvement.
• Supplier audit support on request for other Schaeffler plants.
• Fully follow company quality and EHS related rules.

• In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by his/her superior that are essentially related to his/her duties.

Your Qualifications

• University level engineering degree or similar competence otherwise acquired.
• Qualified Lead Auditor is preferable.
• Quality System Audit.
• Previous multinational company experience is a MUST.
• Knowledge of the latest quality tools, techniques & international Quality standards.
• 3 -5 years total Quality Assurance / Mfg eng. / Production experience of which min 2 years Supplier Quality functions.
