Responsable de la gestión de proveedores para asegurar la calidad de los productos entregados a las plantas de manufactura del grupo Stellantis y del desarrollo del sistema de calidad de la cadena de suministro. Aprobaciones de PPAP de nuevos proyectos y de cambios de ingeniería. Coordinación de actividades de contención de problemas de calidad e investigación de causa raíz mediante el uso de técnicas avanzas de resolución de problemas. Implementación de acciones correctivas, preventivas, mejora continua y planes de acción en plantas de proveedores. Auditorías a proveedores para asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares y requerimientos de calidad de Stellantis y de la industria Automotriz. Responsable de los métricos de calidad y garantía de los proveedores, así como de los planes de acción encaminados a la mejora de dichos métricos. Respuestas a clientes internos de problemas o seguimiento de planes de mejora de proveedores. Apoyo al departamento de Compras en la investigación y selección de nuevos proveedores.
Qualifications
Título en Ingeniería.
Experiencia de al menos 5 años.
Conocimiento en procesos industriales preferentemente automotrices. Conocimientos de Core Tools de calidad (APQP, PPAP, FMEA2, SPC, MSA, CP). Conocimientos de herramientas de solución de problemas (8D, RedX, Six-Sigma).
Liderazgo demostrado en resolución de problemas.
Excelentes habilidades verbales y de comunicación para presentaciones a cualquier nivel de la organización.
Habilidad para adaptación, aprendizaje rápido y continuo.
Autodirigido, enfoque en la tarea y trabajo en grupo, responsable, organizado y capaz de trabajar en un ambiente con alto sentido de urgencia.
