职位描述
1、负责项目零部件APQP计划推动及跟踪，跟踪APQP进度的时效性； 2、负责零部件供应商定点计划的落实，组织牵头TR评审； 3、负责项目零部件APQP开发中的风险识别，同步大项目组； 4、负责牵头新项目开发过程中零部件质量问题解决； 5、负责牵头项目开发过程中零部件质量问题横展及措施落地有效性评估； 6、负责零部件APQP各环节输出物提交计划输出及有效性评估； 7、负责SQE端项目质量阀交付物输出； 8、支持项目内零部件供应商质量审核工作； 9、负责监督零部件PPAP输出物的符合性以及产能规划落地； 10、负责项目活动中跟供应商质量管理相关的其他工作； 11、负责供应商质量管理流程建立及优化活动； 12、其他上级安排的事宜；
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，质量工程、机械电子、自动化等相关专业优先。 2、具备10年以上质量工作经验，其中至少3年以上汽车电子或新能源相关领域项目质量或供应商质量管理经验，有团队管理经验者优先。 3、熟悉新能源电机控制器等相关产品，具备相关项目质量保证经验者优先。 4、熟练掌握汽车行业五大核心工具（APQP/FMEA/PPAP/SPC/MSA），具备扎实的质量方法论基础。 5、熟悉IATF 16949、VDA等汽车行业质量管理体系及相关标准要求。 6、了解汽车电子相关生产工艺，如SMT、拧紧、装配等关键工序。 7、具备优秀的逻辑思维、沟通协调与问题分析能力，能够高效推动跨部门协作。 8、具备良好的抗压能力，能在高强度环境下保持思路清晰、有效推进工作。 9、熟练掌握8D、5Why等质量问题分析与解决方法，具备系统性解决复杂质量问题的能力。
