• Drive active lean projects at our suppliers in accordance with the Schaeffler Production System (SPS) methods to improve process efficiency for our value chain.
• Manage the implementation and training of Lean methods and knowledge to ensure consistency across our Supplier Management Organization.
• Leverage our internal SPS/Lean expertise for our supplier development activities.
• Align and support the use of Lean Management elements internal & external.
• Conducting workshops based on pre-analyses and benefits.
• Supporting the supplier management and production teams of our suppliers in steering continuous improvement processes.
• Drive lean assessments to determine the gaps and need for further supplier development.
• Maintain our reports regarding the benefits of supplier lean projects and workshops.
• Initiating sustainable programs & planning for self-driven supplier lean activities

Calificarile dumneavoastra

• Studied mechanical or electronic engineering.
• Long-term experience related to production or process know-how.
• Certificated on lean methods with proofed experiences.
• Ideally skills/ experiences in project management.
• Advanced skill for Microsoft Office, ideally as well for Power BI.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving approach.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (spoken and written).Motivation and willingness to travel worldwide. (>30% of your working time at supplier).
• Reliable, conscientious, and a strong team player combined with personal drive.
