Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and implement sales and marketing strategies for the assigned area. Each day, you will manage the marketing and sales action plans to achieve the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by proactively leading, developing, and coaching the Marketing and Sales function.

In addition, this new hybrid role will be the Cluster Segment Lead for Datacenter . This person will lead and coordinate the strategy for the segment's growth across the cluster.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Divisions Smart Power & Smart Buildings Marketing & Sales in Korea.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Creating, planning, and implementing the marketing and sales mission, vision, and strategy, along with the budget and efficiency targets for the assigned area.
• Leading the definition of the assigned division and area footprint (market presence, execution standards, and delivery model).
• Overseeing the assigned teams that identify, monitor, and maintain/exceed the sales market price levels and evaluating the pricing impact on the results with the Product Management team.
• Defining key marketing and sales targets (e.g., volume, prices, portfolio mix) and establishing appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor performance.
• Establishing GTM strategy to grow the Datacenter segment across the cluster, coordinating with each country to align on the market needs and support required.

Qualifications for the role

• You are well versed with the Electrification industry of low voltage components and the Datacenter market
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in business leadership with at least 10 years of experience as a business general manager / leader
• Experience in managing profit & loss of an organization/business
• You are innovative around finding new solutions, expansion, ways of doing things, and passionate about growing people and organization culture
• Degree in any qualification
• Have a demonstrated track record in strategizing for business growth
• You are at ease communicating in English
