
Qualification:
a) Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
b) 10 years of experience in QA/QC roles, specifically in subsea production systems, umbilicals, or related offshore oil & gas equipment
c) Experience in fabrication, testing, and inspection of subsea structures, umbilicals, manifolds, HIPPS, flexible risers, or subsea trees.
d) Experience with major subsea OEMs
e) Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry codes (API, ISO, ASME, DNV, ASTM), and client requirements.
f) Experience in Develop and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for subsea equipment and umbilicals.
g) Experience with of API 17 (subsea production & umbilicals), API 6A, API 16A, ASME IX, AWS D1.1, ISO 13628, and DNV-ST-F101.
h) Experience with material inspections, welding inspections, FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests), SIT (System Integration Tests), and EFAT (Extended FAT).
i) Experience in NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) activities – RT, UT, MPI, DPI – ensuring compliance with standards.
j) Experience in monitor umbilical FATs, loadout inspections, and testing of hydraulic/electrical components.
