This role involves applying high-quality paint coatings to various products and components to ensure durability, aesthetics, and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas before paint application.
• Apply paint coatings using spray painting equipment to achieve smooth, even finishes.
• Inspect painted surfaces to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
• Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment regularly.
• Follow all safety protocols when handling paints, solvents, and related materials.
• Collaborate with production teams to meet deadlines and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of painting activities and materials used.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a spray painter, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of different types of paint products, application techniques, and finishing processes.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to painting operations.
• Ability to interpret work orders, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes.
• Good physical condition to perform tasks that may involve standing, bending, and lifting.
