The Sportsbook Specialist plays a key role in the execution and delivery, data-driven sportsbook campaigns that drive customer retention and commercial performance. Working closely with Trading, CRM, Product, Marketing and Commercial teams, the role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of promotional activity across key sporting events and customer segments.
This position is suited to an experienced sportsbook professional who has a strong understanding of player behaviour, promotional mechanics and sportsbook operations. The successful candidate will use customer insights and campaign performance analysis to optimise promotional strategies while ensuring seamless execution across multiple channels.
