We’re seeking an experienced Sports Turf Manager to oversee the presentation and performance of elite sporting surfaces. This is a high-impact role responsible for maintaining multiple ovals and training fields used by athletes ranging from grassroots to professional level.

You’ll lead the delivery of premium turf management across a large, multi-facility site, ensuring surfaces are safe, high-performing, and event-ready year-round. The role involves hands-on turf work alongside planning, scheduling, and team leadership, working across a diverse environment that includes multi-purpose ovals, athletics areas, and high-use training spaces.

So, what duties can you expect to do?

• Operate cylinder mowers across high quality commercial turf sites
• Use precision equipment for mowing, marking and renovations
• Monitor turf health and irrigation, driving site improvements
• Apply fertilisers and pest control with accuracy and care
• Maintain strong WHS standards across all works and teams
• Liaise with clients and report on field condition and progress
• Plan and deliver seasonal turf programs and event preparation
• Carry out aeration, scarifying, dethatching and turf recovery
• Oversee turf installs, drainage works and softscape upgrades
• Maintain surrounding landscapes, hedging and presentation
• Identify improvements to lift turf quality and site performance

What will you need?

• Certificate III in Sports Turf Management Or equivalent preferred
• Driver's licence (Manual or Automatic)
• National Police Check
• Working with Children Check
