As an Exec in the UKI Sports Operations Team, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports the biggest products across UKI Trading. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the Sportsbook products for our 3 UKI brands on Sports like Darts, Cricket, Golf, Rugby GAA and many more, from market creation right through to issue resolution, making quality real-time decisions to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.

The role demands a critical and solution-oriented problem solver, focused on continuously improving the experience of our customers.
Comprehensive training across all trading operations facets is provided. You don’t need to be an expert. We value curiosity and a desire to learn above all else.
Collaborate across various departments, including Tech, Global Trading, Commercial, Customer Service, and Product, to drive operational improvements that enhance the customer experience.
Form part of a team that takes full end to end ownership of their operational area, spanning market creation, live management, settlement, post-settlement issue resolution and retrospective reporting & analysis.
Customer focused, always. Proactive and methodical approach to identifying and resolving issues both for our customers and our business.
General sporting knowledge and basic bookmaking understanding.
Analytical. The ability to think critically and solve problems creatively.
