About the centre
RecWest Braybrook is a recreation centre and sports complex located in Kinder Smith Reserve, Braybrook, Melbourne.
We run a variety of fun programs and activities for children: from basketball, netball and volleyball to gymnastics, soccer and our school holiday sport program.
We also run sport for adults such as table tennis, as well as senior social sport. We cater to people of all abilities and our qualified staff are ready to help you reach your fitness goals.
We host accessible sport programs and birthday parties, plus we have a range of facilities for hire.
About the role
As a Sports Program Officer, you will be responsible for providing coaching experiences for participants at RecWest Braybrook YMCA The Sports Programs officer will enjoy working in a team-based environment, have a genuine concern for, and interest in the wellbeing and educational needs of participants. The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.
We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.
With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.
We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
