Schedule:
Develops, implements, and monitors sports performance services on behalf of Nationwide Children’s Hospital Sports Medicine. Assists in management of sports performance facilities, participates in the development, implementation and evaluation of department goals related to sports performance services, and ensures compliance with Joint Commission and external regulatory bodies. Participates in clinical research, quality improvement initiatives and hospital or departmental committees. Essential Functions:

Bachelor’s Degree in a health or exercise related field, required.
Master's Degree, preferred.

Certifications:
CPR certification., required.
National Strength & Conditioning Association and/or American College of Sports Medicine certification, preferred.
Functional Movement Systems, USA Weightlifting, or USA Track & Field, preferred.
Skills:
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Knowledge of sports performance training methods and equipment.
Ability to lead large group training sessions.
Knowledge of OHSAA and NCAA rules and regulations.
Experience:
Two years of related experience including working with athletic and youth populations, preferred.
