Sports Operations OfficerSports Operations officer

• Manage and optimize the full lifecycle of sportsbook products, including Specials, Manual Markets, Price Boosts, and other betting offerings.
• Create and maintain sporting events, monitor and adjust odds, and ensure accurate settlement and resettlement of markets.
• Oversee sportsbook content management, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely updates across all customer-facing platforms.
• Develop and maintain weekly event schedules to maximize coverage and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Risk Management, Product, Content, and Trading Operations teams to deliver a competitive and engaging sportsbook experience.
• Support the continuous improvement of trading tools, processes, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations to strengthen the sportsbook offering.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance for new markets, features, and product enhancements.
• Manage event subscriptions and integrations from external data providers and vendors.
• Serve as a key point of coordination between internal departments and B2B partners.
• Ensure timely response and adherence to operational procedures during incidents, outages, or other critical situations.
• Work on a rotating schedule, including at least one night shift per week, to ensure continuous sportsbook operations and event coverage.
  

• Previous experience in sportsbook trading, bookmaker operations, or a similar sports betting environment.
• Strong understanding of sportsbook trading principles, odds compilation, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proven ability to optimize products and contribute to an outstanding customer experience.
• Understanding of online product management and digital platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Passion for sports and a strong interest in the sports betting industry.
• Willingness and ability to work night shifts as part of a rotating schedule
