At the same time, SFORS operates exclusively with its own funds and does not attract external investments.

We are currently looking for a Sports Manager to join our team and help create engaging events that bring people together and strengthen our company culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver internal and external sports events, including tournaments, competitions, company participation in marathons, and other sporting activities.

• Design, implement, and develop corporate sports and wellness programs for employees.

• Drive employee engagement in sports initiatives and foster an active internal sports community.

• Organize and coordinate internal corporate events in collaboration with the team.

• Coordinate coaches, sports venues, and external vendors.

• Manage event logistics and ensure the smooth execution of all activities.

• Plan and monitor budgets for sports programs and events.

• Prepare reports and analyze the effectiveness of sports initiatives and events.

What We’re Looking For

• Understanding of corporate sports programs and employee engagement initiatives.

• Experience working with external vendors, including sports venues, coaches, and event organizers.

• Strong planning, budgeting, and multi-project management skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive) for budgeting, reporting, and project documentation.

• Ability to develop and maintain project documentation, internal guidelines, and operational processes.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• A genuine interest in sports will be considered an advantage.
