Job Description Summary
Provide general admin/office support.
Responsibilities
Performs essential tasks in assisting the Sports Information Office on game days for various sports; including (but not limited to) football, soccer, volleyball, water polo, basketball, baseball, softball and lacrosse.
This may include:
Accurately recording in-game statistics
Public Address Announcer
Scoreboard Operator
Time keeper
Assisting with social media
Video streaming (camera operators, technical directors, play by play announcers)
Required Qualifications
Little to minimal prior experience.
Ability to learn support process.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Qualifications
A cell phone, laptop, and or PC will be necessary for daily responsibilities. Communication is key for both roles; if something comes up, it is expected that you reach out and update your supervisor. Reliable transportation.
