In this Role, you’ll get to- Responsible for the development and commercial negotiation of global sports event/exhibition IP, brand sponsorship and commercial rights, establishing domestic and overseas client systems, and achieving annual commercial revenue targets.
- Oversee the end-to-end operation of sports event/exhibition ticketing, including ticketing strategy formulation, channel expansion, distribution partnerships, box office management and data review.
- Liaise with overseas brands, institutions, event organizers, IP holders and partners, independently prepare business proposals and presentations in both Chinese and English, and ensure project implementation.
- Deeply explore commercialization opportunities for sports and exhibitions, integrate domestic and overseas resources, and drive multi-dimensional cooperation in sponsorship, co-branding, media, venues and other fields.
- Manage long-term relationship maintenance, in-depth engagement and renewal of key clients, improving project repurchase rate and commercial value.
- Track international sports industry trends, overseas market policies and competitor dynamics, and optimize business and ticketing operation strategies.
What you'll Need to Succeed- Bachelor’s degree or above; fluent in English, capable of business communication and proposal writing as a working language.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, event/exhibition sponsorship, brand partnership, or sports ticketing operation/channel management within the sports industry.
- Experience in overseas study, overseas work, overseas business development or international event coordination, with familiarity with overseas sports commercial regulations and practices.
- Demonstrated ability in key account negotiation, full-cycle project management, resource integration and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Preference given to candidates with resources from top-tier brands, sports IPs, overseas channels, or proven track records in event operation and management.
- Result-oriented, strong resilience under pressure, sharp business acumen and highly efficient execution capabilities.
