The Sports Product Team at TikTok is dedicated to creating a global platform that drives sports discovery, fan engagement, and vibrant community culture. Our goal is to be the primary destination for sports enthusiasts worldwide. We are seeking an experienced product strategy & operation manager with a passion for solving complex, cross-time-zone challenges. Ideal candidates have a spirit of exploration, actively identifying user needs and pain points, and driving innovative solutions to create impactful opportunities in the sports content ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for high quality sports content and creators' growth, to bring more creativity and value to TikTok
2. Develop overall strategy for sports creators, including goal setting, expansion playbooks, metric framework development, and scalable supply strategies applicable across regions.
3. Design and iterate creator growth mechanisms, including onboarding, education, monetization, and tiered management approaches.
4. Analyze creator ecosystem data to identify gaps and opportunities, and formulate actionable strategies to improve creator retention and activity.
5. Collaborate with product, data, and regional teams to implement strategies and build sustainable creator ecosystems.
