职位概述
康体教练主要负责园区内健身器材、健身房、水疗区域等康体场地的管理，负责健身及康乐区域的巡视、使用指导以及帮助老人训练等。
Main responsibilities
主要职责
负责园区内入住长辈及员工健身器械使用的指导与训练； 熟悉并正确使用健身器，负责日常器械维护，康体场地的安全检查及运营管理； 负责康体课程的制定及代课，为长辈及员工定制私教课程； 管理园区康体事务，员工培训及指导健身、游泳，健身房的使用管理； 为不同身体状况长辈的制定合适的肢体活动锻炼，能够学习基础太极、八段锦、 完成康乐部体能性、肢体性相关活动组织，能够组织、推广拓展训练项目； 初级静态瑜伽、尊巴、有氧燃脂搏击等，会以上课程更佳。 支持并协助康乐部康乐活动的开展。
Qualification and experience required
资历及经验要求
爱好运动，有2年以上相关工作经验； 专业健身机构认证，拥有国职初级以上、ACE、AFCC、ACSM、AASFP、NSCA等相关专业证书； 有救生员资格证； 了解长辈锻炼及运动康复需求，能与长辈融洽相处。
