Job Role:
The Sport Center Manager is responsible for the end-to-end technical leadership and commercial success of the facility. This role requires a "Founding Manager" mindset—someone who can manage daily operations while simultaneously driving business growth through creative promotions and community building. You will serve as the primary technical architect for the facility's business strategy, ensuring that last-mile customer engagement is seamlessly integrated with robust operational backend infrastructures to guarantee high-performance service delivery.
Beyond physical operations, you will drive the integration of community-focused programs to enhance service value for members. This includes designing and overseeing event architectures that leverage local partnerships to provide intelligent traffic management and secure facility access.
