This is a full-time (2nd-shift) opportunity for someone who wants to put their calling to work — providing hope, healing, and spiritual support to individuals overcoming addiction, homelessness, and other life challenges.
Provide one-on-one and group spiritual counseling sessions
Lead devotionals, journaling groups, and Bible-based recovery discussions
Develop and manage individualized rehabilitation and spiritual growth plans
Maintain detailed case notes and progress reports in our Service Point system
Collaborate with program staff and community partners to support beneficiary success
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ministry development
A strong personal faith and desire to help others experience God’s grace
Excellent communication and listening skills
Counseling, case management, or ministry experience preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation
Basic computer proficiency
Must pass all applicable background checks
