Als Spezialist (w/m/d) Versand & Warenausgang bei MKS/Atotech arbeiten Sie eng mit dem Vertrieb, der Produktion sowie dem Logistik‑ und Versandteam zusammen, um einen reibungslosen und termingerechten Warenausgang sowie eine effiziente Lagerabwicklung sicherzustellen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Abwicklung und Organisation des Versandes und Warenausgangs in Terminabsprache mit dem Vertrieb
• Abfertigung, Überprüfung und Beladung der Fahrzeuge und Fahrer gemäß gesetzlichen Vorschriften
• Kontrolle von Ausrüstung und Dokumenten der Fahrer und Fahrzeuge
• Erstellung, Pflege, Management von Abfertigungsdokumenten für relevante Betriebsprüfungen
• Ablage von Transportpapieren
• Aktualisierung von Betriebsanweisungen in Absprache mit Manager Log & Ship Kontrollen der Gefahrgutabwicklung und korrekten sicheren Beladung nach Gefahrgutrecht
• Kontenführung für Leihgebinde und Paletten
• Buchung von Warenein- und -ausgängen
• Bestandsmanagement von Fertigprodukten
• Fahren von Gabelstablern, und Flurfahrzeugen
• Ausbuchen von Beständen
• Bestandskontrolle zur Beschaffung von Verbrauchsmaterialien über die Plattform ARIBA für das Lager
• Stellvertretende Luftfrachtbeauftragte mit Zuverlässigkeitsprüfung nach Luftsicherheitsgesetz (LuftSIG ) § 7
• Vertretung für die Erstellung von Versandpapieren für Berlin und Trebur

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen:

• Möglichste eine abgeschlossene 2-jährige Ausbildung als Lagerist (Fachlagerist) oder ähnliches, ggf. alternativ Erfahrung im Lager und der Logistik
• Erste Erfahrung in der Lagerlogistik sowie im Versand
• Mindestens B2 Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Gute Auffassungsgabe sowie Anpassungsfähigkeit an wechselnde Anforderungen

Wünschenswerte Fähigkeiten:

• SAP‑Kenntnisse von Vorteil, idealerweise SAP WM
• Kenntnisse im Fahrgutrecht / Gefahrgutrecht
