For this permanent position in our SCM team in Innsbruck, we are looking for a Logistics and Procurement Specialist to join us at the earliest possible date. Essential for SAP integration.

Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten

• Order processing and coordination of shipping of sensitive and high-quality products to customers and warehouses
• Monitoring delivery dates and preparing the necessary shipping documents (e.g. export declarations, certificates of origin)
• Assembling packaging and coordinating incoming and outgoing goods
• Supporting order processing and ensuring the supply of raw materials, processing payment requests and checking invoices.
• Managing suppliers and logistics service providers
• Working closely with other departments, in particular sales, customer support and production

Qualifikationen

• Experience in logistics/procurement or a degree in supply chain management or similar education
• International professional experience or time spent abroad is an advantage
• Ability to work in a team, work independently, organisational skills, reliability, flexibility, accuracy and good communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Very good computer skills (Office)
• Professional experience in logistics and/or procurement
