We’re looking for a compassionate, driven Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and help us deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across the Chicago Southland region

📍 Service Areas Include:

  • Tinley Park

  • Aurora

  • Joliet

  • Naperville

  • Surrounding communities

🚗 This is a home health role—travel between patient homes is required.

🩺 What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders

  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care

  • Perform OASIS assessments and ongoing re-evaluations

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

  • Educate patients and caregivers for continued success at home

  • Ensure accurate, timely documentation

What You’ll Need

✔ Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
✔ Active Illinois SLP license (unrestricted)
✔ At least 1 year of clinical experience
✔ Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
✔ Willingness to travel within coverage area
