  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and school-based meetings (e.g., IEP/IFSP) as needed
  • Educate parents and caregivers on home exercise programs, strategies, and tools to reinforce therapy outside of sessions
  • Stay current with best practices, research, and continuing education in pediatric speech-language pathology

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a program accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation (CAA)
  • Active Georgia state license in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain), and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with pediatric clients across a range of speech, language, and feeding/swallowing disorders
  • Strong understanding of child development and evidence-based assessment and treatment approaches for pediatric communication and feeding disorders
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with children and explain clinical concepts clearly and empathetically to parents and caregivers
  • Proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and to coordinate treatment carryover across home, school, and community settings

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience supervising Clinical Fellows (CFs) or graduate student clinicians
