• 
  Assess patients with communication and swallowing difficulties using standardized tools and clinical evaluations.
• 
  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and swallowing challenges.
• 
  Provide therapy for a wide range of conditions, including developmental delays, neurological disorders, hearing impairments, and post-stroke rehabilitation.
• 
  Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• 
  Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and home-based exercises to support progress.
• 
  Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• 
  Maintain accurate patient records in line with hospital and regulatory requirements.
• 
  Stay updated on the latest advancements in speech-language pathology and therapy techniques.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy/Pathology or related field.
• 
  Valid UAE healthcare professional license or eligibility to obtain one
• 
  Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience in speech therapy, including pediatric exposure preferred.
• 
  Strong knowledge of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• 
  Proficiency in using therapeutic tools, devices, and assessment software.
• 
  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
• 
  Ability to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive care to patients and families
