The Role

We're on the hunt for Speech Pathologists and Senior Speech Pathologists with all levels of experience to be part of our founding crew. You’ll:

• Deliver meaningful, evidence-based therapy that builds independence, confidence, and quality of life.
• Partner with clients and families across homes, schools, communities, and our spaces.
• Share knowledge, join supervision, and support colleagues while shaping a team-first culture.
• Work smarter with AI tools that strip away admin and fuel innovation.
• Stay sharp and professional, aligned to SPA, NDIS standards, and our clinical governance.
