Speech Pathologists and Senior Speech Pathologists at all experience levels. Skills matter, but so does mindset — specifically, curiosity, a willingness to grow, and care for the people around you as much as the people you serve.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy across homes, schools, communities, and our spaces — partnering with clients and families to build independence, confidence, and quality of life.
• Work within a genuine team-first culture where supervision is structured, knowledge-sharing is the norm, and you're never figuring things out alone.
• Use AI tools that are genuinely useful — designed to handle admin so you can focus on clinical work, not the other way around.
