What You'll Be Doing

• Managing a varied caseload, primarily clinic-based with some community visits across homes and schools
• Supporting participants across the lifespan, including early intervention, children, adolescents, and adults
• Working with a broad range of presentations including feeding, early language, dysphagia, communication difficulties, and AAC
• Conducting observations and standardised assessments to develop meaningful, participant-centred goals
• Delivering evidence-based therapy that enhances communication, participation, and independence
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes for participants

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
• Previous post-graduate experience as a Speech Pathologist
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• A growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning
• A genuine passion for supporting people within the disability sector
