Welcome to AIM Therapy for Children!

We're a dynamic and growing team of allied health professionals and admin staff dedicated to delivering fun, functional, and family-focused care

We operate from purpose-built clinics in Balcatta, Joondalup, Canning Vale & Jindalee.

You’ll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Positive Behaviour Support in a truly collaborative environment. We offer individual and group therapies in clinics, homes, and schools, wherever children need us most.

What the Role Looks Like Day‑to‑Day

• Completing initial appointments and getting to know new families
• Running fun, creative therapy sessions in our vibrant clinic spaces and out in the community
• Working closely with schools, families and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach for the children we support.
• Reviewing therapy journeys and planning next steps as children reach goals or transition on.
• Being part of a strong professional development program with plenty of opportunities to grow

About You

You’re a newly graduated or soon‑to‑graduate Speech Pathologist who is:

• Curious, compassionate, and genuinely people‑focused
• Motivated to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families
• Confident in your communication skills, with the ability to build strong connections with kids and families
• A holder of a current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
