Job Description

This is a genuine subcontracting role for a speech pathologist who wants to run their own caseload with real independence. You work on your own ABN across Perth, keep a large and growing share of what you bill, and we take on the operational load around you — finding the clients, invoicing and chasing payment, the systems, and the service agreements.

You earn up to 75.6% of everything you bill, inclusive of super, on a tiered rate that climbs as your revenue grows, and we carry the funding risk so late payments and bad debts sit with us, not you.

What you control:

• Where you work across Perth, metro wherever it suits you
• The caseload you build: adult, paediatric or mixed, across NDIS and Support at Home
• Your availability and your working weeks
• Which referrals you take, and which you decline

What we take off your plate:

• Client sourcing — we do the marketing and partner outreach so your energy goes to clients, not to finding them
• Invoicing and chasing payment, so you're never following up a single account yourself
• Service agreements, systems and reporting, where our AI-native processes and workflows strip out the hours and give you time back

Delivering a quality service is your responsibility, as it is for any independent clinician, and we back you with the structure to do it well. We bring a clinical governance framework and are completing our NDIS registration now, with the framework built to that standard.

Who this suits:

• You are confident running your own caseload and clinical decision-making - but with others to bounce ideas off if you need it
• You have an ABN and business insurances like professional indemnity, or are ready to arrange them
• You have a Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willing to obtain them
• You have NDIS experience

Who it won't suit, so we're both clear: if you want a salaried position with paid leave, a set roster and someone else making your clinical calls, this isn't it. This is genuine subcontracting — your business, your decisions, our systems behind you.
