What You’ll Do

👩‍⚕️ Maintain a Diverse Caseload

• Work with children and families across various life stages and diagnoses.
• Deliver therapy in clinic, home, school, or community settings with clients funded by NDIS, HCP, Medicare, DVA, or CHSP.
• Tailor your caseload to align with your unique interests and professional goals.

🌟 Promote Clinical Excellence

• Collaborate on innovative therapy models and maintain best practices.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to advance your skills.

🌱 Support Career and Personal Development

• Engage in structured mentoring and supervision programs.
• Inspire and guide emerging professionals in the field.

• Lead or collaborate on projects to enhance clinical practice.

What You’ll Need

📜 Qualifications

• Relevant registration with AHPRA or SPA.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check.
• Driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle.

📋 Skills

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

🌐 Experience

• Leadership experience in paediatric OT/SP services.
• Proven track record within the NDIS sector.
