Hobart quietly attracts a particular kind of clinician — the ones who've done a stretch in a big-city caseload and want the work to sit inside a life rather than around it. This is a permanent role with an established Hobart private practice for a Speech Pathologist to join a stable, well-led team.

About the role: General private-practice caseload with genuine flexibility on where you focus — the practice sees paediatric and adult clients and will shape the mix around your clinical interests. That might mean early language and school-age work, adult neurological communication, voice, feeding, literacy, AAC, or a blend.

• Permanent full-time or part-time (4-day weeks and school-hours arrangements welcome)
• Clinic-based sessions with some community, school and telehealth work
• Realistic caseload set with your clinical lead — not by billable-hour KPI

About you:

• AHPRA registration as a Speech Pathologist (new graduates through senior clinicians all considered)
• Australian work rights
• Genuine interest in general private practice — comfortable across assessment and intervention
• A current Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration, or willingness to obtain
• An interest in Hobart as a place to actually live, not just work
