  • Ongoing, Part-time, 3 days (Wednesdays required)
  • Based at Ferntree Gully, on the lands of the Wurundjeri People
  • $53.07 - $55.51 per hour + 12% super + generous salary packaging benefits of up to $18,550

Your role, your impact

In this role, you will play a valuable part in strengthening wellbeing and connection, supporting people to access the care they need while contributing to positive outcomes across the community.

  • Manage caseload/workload: Deliver responsive, person-centred services that meet individual needs
  • Build relationships: Develop and maintain trusted connections with clients, families and stakeholders
  • Deliver quality services: Provide high-quality support and interventions aligned with program goals
  • Maintain documentation: Create accurate, timely records that meet compliance and organisational standards
  • Collaborate with others: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve holistic outcomes
  • Drive improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance services and client experience

Who we’re looking for

  • Relevant experience: Background in community services, health or a related field
  • Strong communication: Ability to build rapport and engage effectively with diverse people
  • Time management: Capability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Teamwork: Confidence to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Inclusive practice: Commitment to respectful, person-centred approaches
  • Systems confidence: Experience maintaining accurate records and using digital platforms

Applicants must hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology
