Key Responsibilities

• Deliver communication-focused interventions to pupils with identified needs.
• Provide staff training, guidance, and practical strategies.
• Support early identification of speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and facilitate group work programmes.
• Collaborate with school staff to implement effective support plans.
• Contribute to improving inclusive educational outcomes.

Requirements

• HCPC registration as a Speech & Language Therapist.
• Experience working with children and young people.
• Experience working within educational settings with children and young people aged 5–18 years.
• Excellent communication and consultation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
