Weekend & Holiday Shifts: No

On Call Shifts: No

Shift Differentials:

  • Evening - $3.00/hour
  • Night - $5.00/hour
  • Weekend - $4.50/hour
  • Pharm Night - $8.50/hour

Premiums:

  • Standby - $4.00/hour
  • Lead - $3.25/hour
  • Per Diem - 15% (on base, in lieu of benefits)
  • Certification - $2.00/hour
  • Trainer - $2.00/hour
  • Student Coord - $2.00/hour, 2+ = $3.25/hour

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provides professional speech/language pathology therapy services to Olympic Medical Center’s customers. Conduct is consistent with Washington State professional practice act as well as OMC’s policies and procedures. Organizes and conducts medically prescribed programs to restore function, prevent disability and help patients reach their maximum performance. Interprets the patient data in order to develop a treatment plan and provide the care needed.

EDUCATION

  • Graduate of an approved program of Speech, Hearing Science and Language Development and Disorders.
  • Minimum of a Master’s degree required.

EXPERIENCE

  • One year clinical experience preferred.

LICENSURE/CREDENTIALS

  • Licensed in Washington as a Speech/Language Pathologist at the clinical level, required.
  • Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, required.­
  • BLS certification required.
