Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Lone Tree Post Acute | Part-Time | $67/Hour

Lone Tree Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for an SLP looking for a supportive environment where you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide skilled speech-language therapy based on residents’ needs
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
  • Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers regarding treatment recommendations
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

  • Current California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting is a plus
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
