Position Summary: Join Origami Rehabilitation as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist, delivering evidence-based therapy that helps individuals strengthen communication, cognition, and connection. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you’ll collaborate to advance Origami’s mission of creating opportunities and transforming lives. In this role, you won’t just support communication; you’ll help individuals regain confidence, independence, and a sense of possibility. By fostering inclusive, timely collaboration with clients, families, and fellow professionals, you’ll play a direct role in meaningful, life-changing outcomes.

Unlike roles where income may fluctuate based on cancellations, patient volume, or available contract hours, your base salary remains consistent and predictable. In addition to your salary, full-time clinicians have the opportunity to earn monthly productivity incentive bonuses of up to $24,000 annually, providing additional earning potential without sacrificing the stability of salaried employment. Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to palpate, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop kneel or crawl. Accommodated alternatives are acceptable if they accomplish the necessary essential tasks. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The employee is frequently required to assist in transfers, gait, and mobility training.
