Job Description

  • Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full Time
  • Cypress Ridge Care Center
  • Cypress Ridge Care Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. This is a full‑time opportunity in a skilled nursing / post‑acute care setting, providing high‑quality therapy services to our residents.
  • Position Details
  • Schedule: Full Time
  • Compensation: Starting at $45-55/hour and up, DOE (Depending on Experience)
  • Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility / Long‑Term Care
  • Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat residents with speech, language, voice, swallowing, and cognitive‑communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals
  • Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PTs, OTs, nursing staff, and physicians
  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and strategies
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards while delivering patient‑centered care
  • Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
  • Current state SLP license (or eligibility)
  • CCC‑SLP preferred, but CFY candidates welcome to apply
  • Experience in a skilled nursing or post‑acute setting preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
