Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – EIDT HybridFull-Time or Part-Time | Cynergy Rehab Group

Cynergy Rehab Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a unique hybrid role serving both a local school district and Early Intervention Day Treatment (EIDT) centers. This position offers flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to make an impact across multiple pediatric settings.

Your Role in Action

  • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations for speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs and EIDT plans of care)
  • Provide direct therapy services for articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support carryover and student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and progress reporting
  • Complete timely electronic documentation
  • Work across both structured school environments and play-based early intervention settings

Qualifications

  • Current SLP license
  • Arkansas Department of Education certification (or eligibility)
  • Passion for working with children and strong collaboration skills
