About the Position:

• Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist
• Location: Annandale Health & Community Services; Talamore Senior Living
• Position type: Part-time, benefited, 0.60 FTE with potential to grow to Full-time, 0.80 FTE
• Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 24 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
• Settings: This position will provide patient care at both locations, which include Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC), Assisted/Independent Living (ALF/ILF), Outpatient, and Home Health services, offering the opportunity to work across a variety of patient populations and care settings.

Requirements

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders program. They must have, or be eligible for, SLP licensing in Minnesota. CFY candidates are welcome to apply!
