Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour

Marin Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and skilled Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. If you're passionate about helping patients regain communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities while making a meaningful impact on their recovery, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, residents, and families to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment goals and progress.

Qualifications

  • Current California Speech Language Pathologist license.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, rehabilitation, or geriatric settings is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
