Calling all Speech-Language Pathologists
Elderwood at Hamburg is hiring a Full-Time SLP to join our rehab team, and we’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping residents feel confident, supported, and cared for every step of the way.
This role is so much more than therapy sessions. It’s helping someone communicate with family again, safely enjoy meals, rebuild confidence, and improve their quality of life in meaningful ways.
What you’ll be doing:• Evaluating residents and creating individualized treatment plans• Providing speech-language therapy services in a skilled nursing/rehab setting• Supporting communication, cognition, and swallowing goals• Conducting audiometric screenings as needed• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to provide the highest quality care possible• Building real connections with residents and families along the way
